The Commander Rules Committee (RC) has previewed four cards from the upcoming Doctor Who set for Magic: the Gathering.
Human-Time Lord Meta-Crisis

Human-Time Lord Meta-Crisis is a Phenomenon, which means it’s a triggered kind of Planechase card. It’s based on an event from the Tenth Doctor era, in which Donna Noble touches the Doctor’s severed hand and temporarily gains his knowledge.
Idris, Soul of the TARDIS

Idris, Soul of the TARDIS is based on the episode, “The Doctor’s Wife,” famously written by Neil Gaiman. The TARDIS’ consciousness becomes temporarily trapped in a mortal form.
Lake Silencio

Lake Silencio is inspired by a season-length plot arc during the eleventh Doctor’s era. Silencio is a fixed point in time that can’t quite be manipulated with all that time travel hijinx. And there is a mysterious astronaut who kills, but doesn’t kill, the Doctor. Chaos ensues.
Trenzalore Clocktower

The Trenzalore Clocktower is in a place with one of the last links to Gallifrey, where the Doctor lives for 900 years while fighting alien invaders. Complicated stuff happens. What should be the Doctor’s final regeneration becomes, uh, not that. Because Daleks. And Gallifrey connections. And stuff. Just watch the show.
