The Warhammer Community site has announced a new model for tenth edition 40k, the Terminator Librarian. We don’t have specific stats yet, but we do have an idea of what the model can do.
First, and perhaps most importantly, the Terminator Librarian is a chapter-agnostic Space Marine model. So he can be included in any Space Marine army, regardless of chapter faction. Also, as the name would imply, the model is a battle-psyker sporting Terminator armor.
In addition to the armor and psychic abilities, the Terminator Librarian wields a large Force Axe.
