The latest quest pack for HeroQuest concludes the game’s first major storyline. It’s called Rise Of The Dread Moon. It’s available now for pre-order.
The expansion includes miniatures, cards, standees, terrain, and other items, that work with the base game, HeroQuest. There’s also a quest booklet with 10 scripted adventures.
Rise concludes the story arc begun in the expansion called Mage Of The Mirror. HeroQuest itself is a game originally released in 1989 as a join venture between Games Workshop and Milton Bradley. It was revived in 2020 by Avalon Hill (now a Hasbro subsidiary). Mage Of The Mirror was the first major expansion for the game.
