Customers are finding that some copies of Warhammer 40,000‘s Chapter Approved Leviathan Mission Deck has misprints. Three of the cards have the wrong symbols on the back for the card type.

An email sent to stores from Games Workshop states, “As a result of a quality issue, we are going to refund all copies of Chapter Approved Leviathan Mission Deck you ordered from us. Please do not sell this product to your customers and we suggest you offer them a refund for any you have sold. Please recycle whatever remaining stock you have.”
At the time of this writing, the deck was listed as Out Of Stock on GW’s web site. Hopefully there will be corrected printings soon.
